As an experienced communication professional, I strongly believe in creating change and breaking through spaces by utilizing effective communication strategies. In my previous roles in Kenya and Uganda, I have gained expertise in brand communications, media engagements, and strategic corporate and intercorporate communications.

In my current role as an Editorial Manager at Imani Radio and TV, I am responsible for daily communication assignments and editorial operations. I am skilled in preparing and organizing corporate functions and forums, working closely with the media and technical teams to ensure livestreaming and live production run smoothly.

In addition to my technical skills, including advanced camera skills, green screen composition, and TV anchoring and scripting, I am also proficient in software such as X-Playout, Insta Playout, and Adobe.

I stay up-to-date with relevant developments and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies. I arrange and coordinate press conferences, plan events, and support and evaluate the results of communication campaigns with my team. I believe in building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists and key external role-players to enhance the company’s profile and reputation.
